How to Order

1)     Decide on the design and colour you would like.  If you would like to order a sample before placing an order please refer to the “Sample request” section.

2)     Download the “Order form” and “Wording examples” as either a PDF or MS Word document below.

3)     Complete these forms and return them by email or by post.
