1) How quickly will I receive my wedding stationery order?
All orders will be despatched in approx 4 to 6 weeks depending on current workload, unless otherwise stated.
2) Can I order samples?
Yes, samples of any wedding invitation can be ordered via the website. Samples are usually sent out within 10 to 14 days.
3) I like a design but want to change the colour to suit my wedding. Is this possible?
Yes, we can normally alter the colours of a wedding invitation to suit your theme but are limited to certain colours by supplier availability. If you would like a wedding invitations or other stationery item made in a different colour, just send us an email and we will do our best to help you.
4) How do I place an order?
To place an order all you need to do is download and complete the order form and then return it to us either by scanned email document or by post to –

5) How do I pay for my wedding stationery?
We offer two different methods to pay. Either by Cheque made payable to “Super Cupid” or we can send you a “Paypal” invoice.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and then the balance 4 weeks before your requested delivery date. If you are placing an order for a delivery date that is within 5 weeks then we require 100% payment up front.
6) How much will it cost for delivery?
If you are placing an order for less then 50 items then P&P costs £10.00. For items over 50 pieces, P&P is charged at £15.00. An additional delivery charge of £6.50 applies to the Table plan because this needs to be sent separately due to its size and fragile nature. Postage to Ireland is charged at £25.00.
Please be aware that the prices above apply per individual order not per total order incase you decide to order your stationery on 2 separate occasions.
7) Is there a minimum order?
No there is no minimum order quantity. You can order as few or as many as you would like.
8) Can I order more items at a future date if I discover that I need extra items?
Yes, we keep all customer proofs until after their wedding date so if you need to order any additional items then this is no problem.
9) Do the prices include envelopes and printing?
Yes all the prices include printing and envelopes for both the Invitations and RSVP cards.
10) Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order at any time up until the point where we commence work on your stationery order. If you decide to cancel your order
11) When do I need to send out my wedding invitations?
As a general rule wedding invitations should be sent to your guests’ approx 6 to 8 weeks before the day of the wedding.
12) Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Yes we do accept orders from outside the UK but please be aware that as a buyer you may have to pay a local tax when “importing” products into your country. Don’t worry we can help you with this, so if you would like to place an order, the process is relatively simple so please don’t let this deter you.
13) Can I choose my font?
Yes, you can choose from any of the fonts we have on our downloadable “Wording” form or if you know the name of a font you would prefer, let us know and we can arrange this for you.
14) Can I change the insert wording?
Yes, you can choose from any of our sample wording or if you would prefer something different then just let us know.
15) What happens if there is a printing error on my stationery?
If there is a printing error and it is our fault then we will replace the items at our cost normally within 7 days. If this is a customer error then we will amend the items but there will be a charge for this. The cost will depend on the item and what needs to be amended but we will try to keep this to an absolute minimum.
16) What do you do with my personal details?
Absolutely nothing other then keep them for our own records. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties.
17) I need my wedding invitations in a hurry…Can you help?
Yes normally we can usually do something…it’s best to send us an email with what you are looking for and then we will be able to check our bookings and see where we can fit you in.
